Day 1:

- Gather at Deccan PMT bus Stop 8 AM

- Breakfast on the way

- Reach to Base village.

- Lunch and short introduction briefing of Festival.

- After that tent pitching and allocation Freshen up and explore the village.

- Tea and snacks

After that play fun games and group activities

- Have Dinner.

- Head out for visit to experience the mesmerizing uncountable fireflies

- Return back to tents

- Go to sleep

Day 2

- Early morning wakeup call.

- Freshen up and have breakfast. 

- Visit Amruteshwar Temple

- Visit Arthur Lake and enjoy the boat ride(As per availability)

- Start return journey towards Pune.

- 08.00 PM Reach Pune[+/- 1 hr]

❌ Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency

❌ Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary

❌ Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column

- Travel mode will be decided based on number of participants registering for the tour. However, all the mode will be comfortable as per the itinerary provided.

Remark :

In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be done for the same. The tour price mentioned for this tour is for Indian nationals only. For NRIs or foreign nationals, the tour price is different and is available with the sales executive. NRIs and Foreign nationals please ensure proper identity is conveyed to booking executive at the time of booking and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. 50% advance payment for booking confirmation

2. Cancellation 4 days prior - 75% refund 

3. Cancellation 3 day prior - 50% refund

4. Cancellation 2 day prior - 25% refund

4. Cancellation one day or on the day trek with no show - No refund

- Incase, tour is cancelled due to any kind of lockdown restrictions (10 days’ prior) your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future trek or tour

- Incase, tour is cancelled due to any kind of lockdown restrictions (15 days’ prior) your paid amount shall be fully refunded
